Nicole Polite
Nicole Polite is the founder and CEO of The MH Group, a staffing firm in Massachusetts and Connecticut specializing in placing professionals in various industries with client companies. Nicole believes there is a person for every position and a position for every person. This drives her staffing agency to recruit and place top talent, from a call center environment to “C-Suite” management positions in temporary, temp-to-hire, contract, and permanent placement positions. Her purpose-driven and people-centric approach to staffing builds the confidence of potential employees by offering workshops to aid in resume writing and interview skills and providing priceless feedback to job applicants on ways to make themselves more marketable in today’s workforce. This mindset has allowed her and her team to place thousands of individuals in meaningful careers with reputable and growing employers.
Nicole has several years of experience as a Human Resources Professional. Her business acumen includes employee relations, recruitment, and retention. Following a successful career in the financial industry, complete with many top honors, awards, and multiple promotions, she decided to shift into the staffing & recruitment arena and launch The MH Group in 2013.
Nicole was also a Business Advisor for the Entrepreneur Center/Women Business Center at The University of Hartford. She provided HR consultations, marketing, and growth plan strategies to business owners looking to scale or start a business.
